First come, first served
No presales
We don't sell items before the sale opens. It wouldn't be fair to the people who show up and wait in line, so everyone starts at the same moment — in person and online alike.
Love it? Buy it!
We have hold tables — please only use them for items you actually intend to purchase. If you're not sure you're going to buy it, put it back and give someone else a chance.
Holding furniture
To hold a piece of furniture, pull its price tag and bring it to checkout — but only if you're sure. Don't pull a price tag off unless you're going to buy the piece.
How we price
Our pricing varies based on each family's goals, but we always price at a minimum of 20–30% below sold comps.
That means you're not paying retail and you're not paying what a piece last listed for — you're paying below what comparable items have actually sold for. We do the research so the price you see is one you can feel good about.
If an item isn't priced
We aim to price everything. We spend days on a sale, sometimes with a team of up to ten people, organizing and researching before the doors open.
Even so, a price tag occasionally gets missed. When that happens, staff will either name a price that seems fair or take a moment to look it up at checkout. We know that can feel like we're pricing on the spot — that's almost never the case.
About the price tags
Sometimes price tags fall off
It happens, and it's nobody's fault. Rather than guess at a price, our staff will look the item up at checkout so it's priced the way it was meant to be.
Swapping price tags is theft
Moving a price tag from one item to another, or pulling one off to change what something costs, is theft. Please don't do it. These items belong to a family who trusted us to sell them, and changing a price tag takes money out of their pocket. We'd much rather you just make us an offer.
Making an offer
Negotiating is welcome. We may not always say yes — it's at staff discretion to decline an offer or hold to the marked price — but you should always feel comfortable asking.
In person
Find any staff member and make your offer. No form, no waiting — just ask.
Online
Can't make it in person, or want a shot at something later in the sale? Scan the Make an Offer QR code at the sale, or visit the offer page and send us your name, the item, and your offer.
How an online offer works
- Send your name, the item, and your offer through the offer page.
- Offers are only reviewed after the sale opens — nobody gets ahead of the line.
- If your offer is accepted, a staff member pulls the item and texts you a secure link to pay by card.
- You'll have five minutes to confirm and pay, or the item goes back into the sale.
All paid items must be picked up by 12 PM (noon) on the final day of the sale.
Getting it home
Loading is your responsibility. Please bring your own help and equipment for large or heavy items.
We're not professional movers and we may not have dollies, straps, or blankets on hand. If a staff member happens to be free, we're glad to lend a hand — but it's at their discretion, and it's never guaranteed.
A quick ask
Please be kind to our staff. They're on their feet all day, and they'd rather help you than not.
If someone helps you load, a tip is always appreciated.

We do not accept checks, and we currently do not accept PayPal.
The fine print
- Items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.
- All paid items must be picked up by 12 PM (noon) on the final day of the sale.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Enter the property at your own risk.
About refunds
All sales are final — the window we have to sell a client's items is short, so we can't take returns as a rule.
That said, we do make exceptions. If something isn't right, please reach out and talk to us.
We're glad you're here
Every sale we run belongs to a family going through a transition, and every shopper who walks through the door helps those pieces find a second life. Ask questions, make offers, and enjoy the hunt.
