Estate Greats

Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect through estategreats.net, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated September 8, 2026

Information you choose to provide

When you request a consultation, use the estate estimator, join sale alerts, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property details, timing, and the information you include in your message. We use it to respond, provide the requested service, and follow up about Estate Greats services.

Offsite consultation requests require photos of the items you may sell, including group or room views and individual furniture or large pieces. We use these household and item photos to evaluate the request and plan staffing, transportation, and space. They are stored privately and are available only to authorized Estate Greats staff and service providers supporting the consultation workflow.

Sale-alert email and SMS terms

Email and text alerts are separate choices. Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts. If you affirmatively select the text-alert option, you authorize Estate Greats to send recurring automated marketing messages about upcoming estate sales to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us at info@estategreats.net or (615) 899-4222. We retain the number, consent timestamp, signup source, and version of the disclosure you accepted so we can honor your choice. If text alerts launch through a messaging provider, we may share this information only as needed to deliver and administer those alerts.

Website and campaign information

Where permitted, Google Analytics records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and interactions with forms and links. In regions where analytics cookies generally require an affirmative choice, analytics storage remains denied and Google receives only limited cookieless measurement signals. We keep Google advertising storage and personalized-ad signals disabled. When you arrive through a paid campaign, we may retain its channel and campaign labels for 30 days to identify the source of a later enquiry in our client portal.

Services we use

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Google helps us understand site use, measure consultation and phone-link conversions, and evaluate advertising. Analytics storage is enabled automatically only where our regional settings permit it. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization signals, and enhanced-conversion contact matching remain disabled. Google's use of information is described in its privacy policy.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

Where our regional settings permit it, we share page views, accepted consultation or contact requests, and phone-link clicks with Meta through its Conversions API. Meta may use these events to measure advertising, optimize delivery, and create website audiences. We send the public page path, event time, browser and ad-click identifiers, IP address, and browser information. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or page query strings through this integration. A phone-link click does not confirm that a call occurred. See Meta's privacy policy.

Website operations

Vercel hosts the website, and our form, email, CRM, and security providers process the information needed to deliver the site and respond to requests. We require service providers to use information for the services they perform for us.

Cookies and regional privacy controls

Necessary storage supports security and forms. We do not show a cookie-consent prompt. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies where permitted, while our Google tag keeps analytics storage denied in consent-required regions. Retired cookie-setting preferences are removed and no longer block permitted Google measurement. Meta browser identifiers are stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days; paid-source labels are stored for up to 30 days. These features remain off in consent-required or unknown regions and for visitors who opt out below or send supported privacy signals. Meta's browser Pixel script, Hotjar, and enhanced-conversion contact matching remain disabled.

This turns off Meta event sharing and paid-source cookies in this browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for these features.

How we share and retain information

We do not sell lists of your contact information. We share information with service providers, when you ask us to, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We share the limited advertising event information described above with Meta where enabled.

We keep inquiries and business records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records. Photos uploaded for an offsite consultation follow the same retention period and are deleted when the related inquiry is deleted. Incomplete photo uploads expire after 24 hours. Analytics providers retain data according to the settings in our accounts.
