    We organize, research, price, stage, and photograph the contents. Listings and our buyer network help people discover the sale.

    Staff & sell

    Our team assists shoppers, manages checkout, and records transactions throughout the sale.

  3. 03

    Report & settle

    You receive an itemized report, and your settlement check is mailed within five business days. Remaining items follow the plan agreed before the sale.

Donation, removal, or cleanout work is arranged separately when needed. Scope and any additional costs are agreed in advance.
