40% standard commission: Our management fee comes from actual sale proceeds. Additional work is quoted and approved separately.
An itemized sales report: See what sold and for how much. Your settlement check is mailed within five business days.
A plan for unsold items: We agree on what happens to remaining items before the sale. Donation and removal may involve independent partners and separate costs.
