Your net proceeds are what remains after the sale commission and any approved removal fee. The amount depends on what sells, buyer demand, and what needs to be removed. We review the home, access, and deadline during your free consultation to see whether a sale is practical.
Keep potential sale items in place until that review. If the property mainly contains trash, damaged items, or too few saleable belongings, a direct cleanout may be the better fit.
