Estate Greats creator partnerships
Real Nashville homes. Stories you cannot stage.
Film inside estate sale homes filled with vintage finds, original interiors, and collections that have taken decades to build—then disappear in a weekend.

Why estate sales work on camera
Genuine scarcity makes genuinely interesting content.
One week may be a mid-century ranch with the original furniture still in place; the next may be a Belle Meade home full of sterling, porcelain, and forty years of collecting. Nothing is a repeat, and viewers know it.
We look for creators whose audience is interested in what comes out of these homes—not just the biggest follower count.

Film with the rules clear
Respect the home, the seller, the schedule, and the same buying rules as everyone else.
The one rule to know up front
Film first. Shop when everyone else shops.
Creator access is for making content, not getting first pick of the merchandise. We do not allow pre-shopping for creators, buyers, or our own staff.
Fair access protects the seller, keeps the sale credible, and lets every shopper start on the same terms.

Bring your point of view
You do not need a massive following. You need a real fit.
If your audience cares about vintage, interiors, fashion, collecting, or reselling, show us what you make. Local access and a thoughtful audience matter more than a general account with a large number beside it.
Apply for creator accessQuestions
Creator partnership FAQs.
What access means, who should apply, and how shopping stays fair.
Do I need a large following to work with Estate Greats?
No. We care more about whether your audience is genuinely interested in vintage, antiques, decor, or reselling than raw follower count. Smaller, engaged accounts are welcome to apply.
Do creators get to shop before the sale opens?
No. We do not allow pre-shopping for creators, buyers, or our own staff. Creator access is for filming; purchases happen on the same terms and schedule as every other shopper.
What kinds of creators do you partner with?
We work with creators focused on home decor, lifestyle, vintage, antiques, clothing, jewelry, toys, media, collecting, and reselling. If your content fits what can be found in an estate sale home, it is worth applying.
Where and when are the sales?
Sales are in Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. Most public sales run Friday through Sunday, while available creator windows are listed separately in the partner portal.
How do I apply?
Use the creator application in our partner portal. It takes a few minutes and asks about the content you make, your audience, and your availability.
