Film in Nashville’s Estate Sale Homes
We open beautiful houses full of one-of-a-kind things, most of which have not been photographed since the 1970s. If you make content about vintage, antiques, home décor, fashion or reselling, we would like you in the room.
Why estate sales make good content
Every house is a different set. One week it is a mid-century ranch in Crieve Hall with the original furniture still in place; the next it is a Belle Meade home full of sterling, porcelain and forty years of collecting. Nothing is staged, nothing is a repeat, and the whole thing exists for three days and then it is gone.
That mix of genuine scarcity and visual variety is hard to manufacture. It is also the reason estate sale content performs — viewers know they are seeing something real, and they know they cannot go and buy the same item off a shelf.
Who we work with
Creators across home décor, lifestyle, vintage and antiques, clothing, jewellery, toys, media and reselling. Follower count matters less to us than whether your audience is genuinely interested in what comes out of these houses. A reseller with a small, engaged following is often more useful to us than a large general account.
We are Nashville based and the sales are across Davidson and Williamson County, so this suits creators who can get to Middle Tennessee homes on a weekend schedule.
Access, and the one rule
There are a few different ways to work with us depending on what you are making — some creators want quiet time with the house before it opens, others want the energy of opening morning. The specific spots, what each one includes and the house rules are all laid out on the application page.
The rule worth knowing up front: we do not do pre-shopping. Creators get access to film, not first pick of the merchandise. Everyone buys on the same terms on the same day. It is the same policy we apply to offers and to our own staff, and it is the reason sellers trust us with their homes.
Creator Partnership FAQs
Do I need a large following to work with Estate Greats?
No. We care more about whether your audience is genuinely interested in vintage, antiques, décor or reselling than about raw follower count. Smaller, engaged accounts are very welcome to apply.
Do creators get to shop before the sale opens?
No. We do not do pre-shopping for anyone, including creators and our own staff. You get access to film; buying happens on the same terms and the same day as every other shopper.
What kinds of creators do you partner with?
Home décor, lifestyle, vintage, antiques, clothing, jewellery, toys, media and resellers. If your content fits the contents of an estate sale home, it is worth applying.
Where are the sales located?
Nashville and Middle Tennessee, across Davidson and Williamson County. Sales typically run Friday to Sunday.
How do I apply?
Through the creator application on our partner portal. It takes a couple of minutes and asks what you make and where your audience is.
