Incredible Berry Hill Estate Sale

We have a great collection of rare and special finds at this sale, so we’re doing a few things a little differently.

- BAGS You can use a bag to hold your place in line, as usual. But large purses, backpacks, totes, and shopping bags will need to stay at holding.

- LOVE IT? BUY IT! No sold stickers until the item is paid for. If you pull a tag for a piece of furniture, please pay right away.

This week we're testing an online offer system.

Can't make it in person — or want a shot at something later in the sale? Scan the "Make an Offer" QR code at the sale, or visit https://offers.estategreats.net/4207-gallatin-pike, and send us your name, the item, and your offer.

We don't offer presales. Offers are only reviewed after the sale opens, so everyone still has a fair shot at opening on a first-come, first-served basis.

If your offer is accepted, a staff member will pull the item and text you a secure link to pay by card. You'll have five minutes to confirm and pay, or the item goes back into the sale.

* All paid items must be picked up by 12 PM (noon) on the final day of the sale. *

Loading is your responsibility. Bring your own help and equipment for large or heavy items — we are not professional movers and may not have equipment available. If a staff member is free, we're happy to help, but it's at their discretion. Please be kind to our staff, and tip if they help you load.

-- General -- We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Cash app, Apple Pay, Android / Google Pay. We do not accept checks and currently do not accept PayPal.

All sales are final and items are sold as-is. We do not accept returns.
