The website makes offers faster when you are browsing online. The QR form stays available for items you find while walking through a sale.
Browsing on EstateGreats.net
Open a sale, find the item photo, and click Offer. Its photo, description, and sale details are attached automatically. Enter your offer and contact information—no image upload, description, or EstateSales.NET link needed.
Shopping at the sale
Scan the posted QR code or open the offer site, then take or upload a photo of the physical item. This route is useful when an item is not pictured in the online gallery.
Both options reach the same staff offer queue and the same open-offers experience. Submitting an offer does not reserve an item until the team accepts it and you confirm.

When the item is already on our website, you only need to add your offer and contact details.
Open a sale
Browse a current or upcoming sale and select the photo of the item you want.
Click Offer
The item photo, its description when available, and sale information are already attached.
Enter your offer
Add your name, mobile number, offer per item, quantity, and an optional tag price or note for the team.
Track the response
After submitting, open your offers from the link provided. Staff handles the offer in the same system and sends updates by text.

What to expect after you submit
Your item and offer stay together as the sale team reviews and responds.
Before the sale opens
You may submit an offer in advance, but it does not hold the item or create a presale. The team reviews it once the sale is live, and the item remains first come at the sale unless your offer is accepted and confirmed.
Your open offers stay organized
Use the link shown after submission to see your open offers with the item image and description. Website offers and QR offers use the same staff system, so nothing changes about how the sale team handles them.
If a live-sale offer is accepted
We text you a link. You have 5 minutes to confirm that you will return for the item. Pickup must be completed in person before noon on the final sale day. Estate Greats does not ship items.

How do I make an offer while browsing the website?
Open an upcoming or current sale, find the item photo, and click Offer. The item photo, description when available, and sale details are attached automatically. Enter your contact information and offer in the popup without leaving the page.
Do I need to upload a photo or copy a listing link?
Not when you start from an item on EstateGreats.net—the website attaches that information for you. If you are physically at a sale and use the QR form, take or upload a photo so staff can identify the item in front of you.
What happens after I submit?
The confirmation gives you a link to your open offers. The sale team reviews your offer in the existing staff system and sends status updates by text. Keep your phone nearby while the sale is open.
Does submitting an offer hold or presell the item?
No. Before the sale opens, submitting an offer does not hold the item and the team reviews it only after the sale is live. During the sale, the item is not secured until staff accepts your offer and you complete the confirmation.
What do I do if my live-sale offer is accepted?
Use the texted link within 5 minutes to confirm you will come back for the item, then pick it up in person before noon on the final sale day.
Do you ship items?
No. Every accepted item must be picked up in person at the sale. Only submit an offer if you or someone you send can collect it within the stated pickup window.
Making an offer on an Estate Greats sale item
Estate Greats shoppers can submit an offer directly from an eligible item photo on EstateGreats.net. The website carries the image, available description, and sale information into the offer form, so you do not need to download a picture, rewrite the item description, or copy an EstateSales.NET link.
Shoppers who are already at a sale can continue using the posted QR code and the Estate Greats offer site. The at-sale form lets you take your own photo, which is especially helpful for items that were not included in the online gallery. Both routes feed the same open-offers account and the same staff workflow.
