Ask about an online estate sale

What to include

• What needs to be sold. The main categories and a rough count: furniture, collectibles, tools, everyday household goods, or a few specific pieces.
• Where it is. A house, condo, apartment, or storage unit, the city, and whether the property is occupied, listed for sale, or already partly cleared.
• The date you are working toward. A closing, a move, or a lease end. An online sale runs for at least 30 days, and buyers collect their items after it closes.
• Who can open the door. Photography and the pickup window need someone at the property or a lockbox arrangement.
• Photos, if you have them. Wide shots of each room or storage area are enough to start. You can also send them later.

What happens next

1. A member of our local team reads your details and looks at any photos.
2. We call or email to talk through the contents, access, and your dates.
3. If the household is a fit, we arrange a walkthrough and put the format, sale dates, pickup plan, and commission in a written agreement before any work begins.
