Estate Greats

Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect through estategreats.net, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated August 27, 2026

Information you choose to provide

When you request a consultation, use the estate estimator, join sale alerts, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property details, timing, and the information you include in your message. We use it to respond, provide the requested service, and follow up about Estate Greats services.

Sale-alert email and SMS terms

Email and text alerts are separate choices. Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts. If you affirmatively select the text-alert option, you authorize Estate Greats to send recurring automated marketing messages about upcoming estate sales to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us at info@estategreats.net or (615) 899-4222. We retain the number, consent timestamp, signup source, and version of the disclosure you accepted so we can honor your choice. If text alerts launch through a messaging provider, we may share this information only as needed to deliver and administer those alerts.

Website and campaign information

With your permission, our site records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, interactions with forms and links, and campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters or advertising click IDs. Our first-party campaign record lasts up to 90 days so a consultation can be connected to the campaign that introduced you to Estate Greats.

Services we use

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Google helps us understand site use, measure consultation and phone-link conversions, and evaluate advertising. If you allow advertising measurement, contact information from a submitted lead may be sent through Google's enhanced-conversion feature, where the Google tag prepares it for secure matching. Google's use of information is described in its privacy policy.

Meta

If you allow advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel helps us measure visits and leads from Facebook or Instagram advertising. Meta describes its practices in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Hotjar

If you allow analytics cookies, Hotjar helps us see aggregated interaction patterns and improve confusing pages. We configure analytics tools to measure website behavior, not to intentionally capture the contents of sensitive form fields.

Website operations

Vercel hosts the website, and our form, email, CRM, and security providers process the information needed to deliver the site and respond to requests. We require service providers to use information for the services they perform for us.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary storage supports security, forms, and your saved privacy selection. Analytics and advertising storage are optional. Until you choose, optional storage remains denied. You can change your selection at any time; withdrawing permission stops optional tools on the next page load.

How we share and retain information

We do not sell lists of your contact information. We share information with service providers, when you ask us to, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Some privacy laws may define advertising-cookie disclosures as “sharing”; rejecting advertising in Cookie Settings stops those optional disclosures from this site.

We keep inquiries and business records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records. Analytics providers retain data according to the settings in our accounts.

Your privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact us at info@estategreats.net or call (615) 899-4222.
