Different location.An offsite estate sale is a traditional estate liquidation event—the same professional appraisal, staging, multi-day marketplace exposure, and buyer traffic—but hosted in a dedicated event space instead of at your residence. Movers transport the agreed sale contents from your home to our 2,500 sq ft Berry Hill location. We confirm the moving arrangements and any costs with you before scheduling, then our team stages, prices, and runs the sale.
You receive the sale proceeds after the agreed commission and any separately approved charges are deducted. Unsold items can be re-consigned, donated, or returned to you. Your settlement check is mailed within five business days after the sale ends. Your itemized report shows what sold and for how much, with the agreed commission and any approved separate charges shown in your settlement.
